Regulations.

  3. Menyediakan jasa untuk segala jenis akun, kecuali akun personal dan alter pada platform Telegram dan Twitter.

  4. Jasa tersedia untuk relasi BxG, GxB, BxB, BxNB, pertemanan/sahabat, dan keluarga (sebagai saudara ataupun ayah).

  5. Klien diharapkan tidak sedang menjalin hubungan romansa dengan orang lain, kecuali telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari pasangannya tersebut.

  6. Saat ini, Talent tidak lagi menyediakan layanan OTP unmute, tetapi hanya menyediakan layanan VN dan OTP mute.

  7. Apabila dalam 4 jam Klien tidak mendapatkan balasan tanpa kejelasan, maka Klien berhak untuk mengatur ulang jadwal dengan Talent atau membatalkan sesi dan mendapatkan pengembalian dana melalui manajer. Pengaturan ulang jadwal tidak akan berlaku apabila Klien yang menghilang.

  8. Talent hanya menerima pembatalan sesi yang diberitahukan paling lambat H-1 dari tanggal sesi berjalan dan hanya mengembalikan 70% dari jumlah yang dibayar Klien.

  9. Batas minimal rent adalah 1 jam dan maksimalnya 5 hari atau berdasarkan kesepakatan bersama (diskusi terlebih dahulu dengan Talent). Klien dapat menjalani sesi kembali dengan jeda 1 hari setelah sesi terakhir selesai.

  10. Talent hanya menerima Klien berusia legal (21+) untuk hubungan romantis dan layanan NSFW.

  11. Jangan terbawa perasaan, seluruh perasaan yang muncul setelah sesi berlangsung akan sangat dihargai oleh Talent namun bukan tanggung jawabnya.

  12. Talent tidak akan memberikan closing jika tidak ada permintaan diform karena merasa canggung, namun Klien diharapkan berkenan memberi feedback melalui padlet ketika masa rent telah berakhir.

  13. Talent berhak membatalkan sesi jika Klien melanggar aturan yang tertulis diatas tanpa adanya pengembalian dana.

  14. Apabila pihak Talent membatalkan sesi karena alasan yang mendesak, seluruh dana akan dikembalikan kepada pihak Klien.
